garlice clove, minced or 1/2 tsp chopped garlice from jar
1combine all ingredients in a large bag or bowl and mix well. add steaks and turn to coat. Cover bowl or seal bad and refrigerate at least 6 hours or over night.
2Heat grill when ready, drain steaks, discard marinade. Grill to preference.
3You can also pan fry the steaks and they are great that way too.
