- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sweet vermouth
- - juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon each grated ginger and garlic
- 2 teaspoons sambal olek
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons water
How To Make spicy teriyaki bbq sauce

Step 1Mix the cornstarch and water together and set aside. Place the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. reduce the heat and add the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.

Step 2Ladle in jars. Keep in refrigerator or using a pressured canner. Can at 10 pounds pressure for 1 hour.
