Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons asian chili sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup finely minced ginger
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro sprigs
How To Make spicy peanut butter marinade (for all meats)

Step 1Mix all together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.

Step 3NOTE: Came be made up to a week in advance and kept in the fridge. Try brushing on any meat, seafood or veggies, put on skewers and grilled or broiled.
