Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced lime zest
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

    Mix all together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.
