Ingredients
- 3 cups - good salad oil
- 1 cup - fresh cilantro, fine chopped
- 1 cup - lemon juice, preferably fresh
- 3 tbs each - black pepper, ground cumin and minced garlic
- 4 tbs - salt
How To Make southwestern marinate

Step 1Add cilantro, lemon juice, black pepper, cumin, garlic and salt in blender or food processor. Blend on high and slowly add oil. Process until mixed well. Good marinate for chicken, beef, and very good for glazing mushrooms on grill.
