SO GOOD! Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

2/3 csoy sauce
-
1/4 cred wine
-
1/4 csugar (i use organic)
-
1/3 choney
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
1 tspground ginger
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspred chili pepper flakes (optional)

1 cwater
-
1 Tbsppotato or corn starch (for slurry)
How to Make SO GOOD! Teriyaki Sauce
- Place all the ingredients, minus the potato or corn starch, in a sauce pan
- Heat ingredients up over medium-high heat til bubbly
- Mix potato/corn starch to enough water to make a slurry (a slurry is egg white consistency)
- Add slurry to bubbly mixture, heat and stir until the sauce thickens
- Remove from heat and enjoy! Will save in the refrigerator for months if kept sealed
