This spice rub will keep for about 6 months. So you can gift it or just keep it for yourself.

serves 1/2 cup

  •   3 Tbsp
    coriander seeds
  •   3 Tbsp
    dried dill
  •   1 Tbsp
    dried oregano
  •   1 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  •   1 1/2 tsp
    celery seeds
  •   1 1/2
    turkish bay leaves or 3/4 california

How To Make

  • 1
    Toast coriander seeds in a dry small heavy skillet over medium heat,shaking skillet frequently and a shade or two darker, about 3 minutes. Cool,then finely grind with remaining ingredients in grinder.
