Like Tofu (yes Tori, I am talking to you daughter of my heart), this one works fantastically on tofu. It also works on meats. Barb and I prefer it on chicken or pork, but you could probably do it on anything you want!

1In a nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients and blend well.
