Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make rotisserie chicken rub

Step 1Mix all seasonings together.

Step 2Remove and discard giblets from chicken. Rinse and pat dry with paper towel.

Step 3Rub chicken inside and out with spice mixture. Place chicken in resealable bag.

Step 4Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before cooking.
