Ingredients For rotisserie chicken rub

  • 4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make rotisserie chicken rub

  • 1
    Mix all seasonings together.

    Remove and discard giblets from chicken. Rinse and pat dry with paper towel.

    Rub chicken inside and out with spice mixture. Place chicken in resealable bag.

    Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before cooking.
