onion powder
1 tsp
white pepper
1 tsp
thyme, dried
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Rotisserie Chicken Rub


  • 1Mix all seasonings together.
  • 2Remove and discard giblets from chicken.
    Rinse and pat dry with paper towel.
  • 3Rub chicken inside and out with spice mixture.
    Place chicken in resealable bag.
  • 4Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight before cooking.
