Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- cilantro, finely chopped (approximately 6 sprigs)
- zest of a lemon
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika (not hot)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
How To Make quick & easy moroccan chermoula marinade

Step 1Toast the cumin and coriander seeds in a dry skillet until they become fragrant.

Step 2Grind, in a spice griner, and then add to a blender or food processor, along with the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Allow flavors to meld. May be refrigerated for later use.
