Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make pork tenderloin marinade
-
Step 1Mix everything in a ziplock bag. Add the pork tenderloin and refrigerate at least overnight - the longer the better. Occasionally stab the meat with a fork to let the marinade soak deeper in. Grill carefully on all sides - because of the sugar, it burns easily. Makes enough marinade for about 2 pounds.
