1/4 clight soy sauce
1/4 cbrown sugar, lightly packed
2 clovegarlic, chopped
1/4 cdijon mustard
1/2 tspground ginger
2 tspworcestershire sauce
1/4 colive oil
1 dash(es)hot sauce
How to Make *Pork Tenderloin in a Soy Brown Sugar Marinade*
- Mix ingredients for marinade and put into a bag with pork for 4 hours in fridge.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink in center and it reaches 145 degrees with a meat thermometer.
- Let rest and cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Top with cooked juices from the pan.
