- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 2 - pork tenderloins
How To Make *pork tenderloin in a soy brown sugar marinade*

Step 1Mix ingredients for marinade and put into a bag with pork for 4 hours in fridge.

Step 2Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink in center and it reaches 145 degrees with a meat thermometer.

Step 3Let rest and cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Top with cooked juices from the pan.
