Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 2 - pork tenderloins

How To Make *pork tenderloin in a soy brown sugar marinade*

  • Step 1
    Mix ingredients for marinade and put into a bag with pork for 4 hours in fridge.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink in center and it reaches 145 degrees with a meat thermometer.
  • Step 3
    Let rest and cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Top with cooked juices from the pan.
