  • 1/4 c
    light soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 2
    pork tenderloins

How to Make *Pork Tenderloin in a Soy Brown Sugar Marinade*


  1. Mix ingredients for marinade and put into a bag with pork for 4 hours in fridge.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink in center and it reaches 145 degrees with a meat thermometer.
  3. Let rest and cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Top with cooked juices from the pan.
