I love a good marinade, and also love pork loin. This is an old one of Barb's that I found in her recipe box in NC in July 2019 along with her mother's recipe box (MA). I am thrilled to add both of their recipes to JAP!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed thyme
- 4-5 pounds boneless pork loin

Step 1Marinate overnight. Baste last hour of baking.
