I love a good marinade, and also love pork loin. This is an old one of Barb's that I found in her recipe box in NC in July 2019 along with her mother's recipe box (MA). I am thrilled to add both of their recipes to JAP!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed thyme
  • 4-5 pounds boneless pork loin

How To Make pork marinade, barb

  • Step 1
    Marinate overnight. Baste last hour of baking.
