This marinade is good for all things pork. I have used it on bone-in or boneless chops, pork roasts, and pork tenderloins. It is easy/peasy to pull together and develops awesome flavors. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin variety
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • white pepper, freshly ground, to taste

How To Make pork essentials: master marinade

    Mix all the ingredients together, and then refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Step 3
    When using, it is best to let the pork rest in the marinade for several hours, or for best results, overnight.
