Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chiles, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

How To Make petie's cajun spice with a cheesy twist!

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and store in an airtight container.
  • Step 2
    NOTE: Great for use in preparing blackened (Cajun) Steaks or as a rib rub prior to saucing. Also try it in hamburgers, on sauteed chicken or turkey, and on popcorn. The Parmesan cheese makes it even better!
