peanut butter marinade for chicken

Updated on Jul 28, 2015
This is one of my favorite recipes for chicken thighs. It adds a wonderful Asian flavor whether cooked on the grill or in a skillet on top of the stove. The recipe originated from an Asian friend and it has been in our family for many years now.
