Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup plum sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon asian chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely minced ginger
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced

Step 1Mix in non reactive bowl, stir well.

Step 2This can be made up to 1 week in advance and stored in the fridge. Try brushing on any meats, seafood, or veggies then putting on skewers and grilling or broiling.
