Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup plum sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon asian chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced

How To Make our favorite bbq sauce (for all seafood & meats)

  • Step 1
    Mix in non reactive bowl, stir well.
  • Step 2
    This can be made up to 1 week in advance and stored in the fridge. Try brushing on any meats, seafood, or veggies then putting on skewers and grilling or broiling.
