Ingredients For our favorite bbq sauce (for all seafood & meats)

1/2 choisin sauce

1/3 cplum sauce

1/4 coyster sauce

1/4 cdry sherry

2 Tbspwhite or red wine vinegar

2 Tbspoil

1 Tbspasian chili sauce

2 Tbspfinely minced ginger

5 clovegarlic, finely minced
How To Make our favorite bbq sauce (for all seafood & meats)

1Mix in non reactive bowl, stir well.

2This can be made up to 1 week in advance and stored in the fridge. Try brushing on any meats, seafood, or veggies then putting on skewers and grilling or broiling.
