- 1Mix ingredients altogether. This amount was used for an 11 pound pork leg, adjust as you see fit according to the weight you have. Also,I couldn't find ground cloves so I just used a blender.
- 2Generously rub marinade all over on pork leg or ham. Reserving quite a bit to be used as a warmed topping on the meat for dinner. Let marinade all night.
- 3Tip: I put my pork leg in a turkey bag and this made it super tender! For a pork leg, cook 15 min. per pound and be careful not to overcook.
