Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion, chopped very fine
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
How To Make orange glaze for chicken

Step 1Combine olive oil, juice, vinegar and salt. Crush onion with back of wooden spoon, blend with ginger. Add to the juice mixture.

Step 2Marinate chicken pieces in the sauce for 1 hour or longer. Baste chicken with marinade, either over charcoal or under the broiler.
