- 1/2 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup herbes de provence
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon paprika, smokey
- 1 tablespoon powdered smoke
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grounf ginger
- 1 teaspoon chinese mustard powder
