Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced tender rosemary leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard (i would use seeded mustard instead)
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce

How To Make mustard-rosemary marinade (all seafood & meats)

  • Step 1
    Mix together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.
  • Step 2
    for all seafood and meats.
  • Step 3
    Note: this should be used the day it is made. Try brushing on any meats, seafood or veggies that go on skewers and grilled or broiled.
