Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced tender rosemary leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard (i would use seeded mustard instead)
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce

Step 1Mix together in non-reactive bowl, stir well.

Step 3Note: this should be used the day it is made. Try brushing on any meats, seafood or veggies that go on skewers and grilled or broiled.
