I usually take an afternoon and make a few pints of our favorites.
Our personal favorites is the Herbes De Provence & Morroccan Spice Blend
It is worth the time and all of the extra work, plus it is a real time saver and a busy night. Great by it self on meats or add fresh crushed mint.

  • 6 Tbsp
    dried minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp
    cumin, ground
  • 4 Tbsp
    ginger powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground coriander
  • 2 Tbsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    clove, ground
  • 2 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper optional

How to Make Moroccan Spice Blend


  1. Combine herbs, mixing well.
  2. Store in an airtight jar.
