my family loves this simple marinade and requests it often. Mostly we use it on kabobs but I have marinaded chicken pieces(bone it, cut up) in this, then grilled it for a delicious entre'. Served it with a rice dish. Yum!

2 tsplemon juice

4bay leaves

2 tsporegano, dried

1/4 tspgarlic powder

How To Make marinade for chicken or pork

1pour olive oil, white wine and lemon juice into a bowl. Stir in thinly sliced onion. Break the bayleaves into small pieces and add to liquid, along with all remaining ingredients. I put my meat into a zippered bag and pour the marindade over it

2You should marinade your meat for 12-24 hours for best results.
