How To Make marinade essentials: magic with poultry
-
Step 1The one exception to a marinade is the first one... that technically is a brine. Brining chicken can make it really juicy, and works in many recipes.
-
Step 2For the marinades, mix all the ingredients together and place into a bowl or Ziplock bag, add the chicken and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. The exception to this is the brine... chicken should only be brined for 2 or 3 hours.
-
Step 3Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
