magical marinade-annette's
We use this most often with pork loin that we cut in chunks or chops and grill but it is also delicious with chicken, beef or even veggies! It's magical because your food will disappear anytime it is cooked in this wonderful marinade. You can also use it for baking as well. Recipe is my own.

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 - green onions, including greens

How To Make magical marinade-annette's
-
Step 1Season your choice of meat with salt and pepper. (I use garlic salt with parsley in place of salt)
-
Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well. When adding rosemary, make sure you crush with finger tips or palm of hand to release oils.
-
Step 3Pour over meat in zip lock bag or air tight container and marinate overnight or for at least 4-8 hours. The longer the better.
-
Step 4Grill meat. Discard remaining marinade. Enjoy!
