How to Make Lime Merinade
- 1Add lime juice to meat and place in a zip lock bag. Let set over night if possible, if not, at least a couple of hours.
- 2Cut the beef up in small bite size pieces and slow cook in skillet on stove.
- 3We add the meat to homemade ranch beans, cheddar cheese, tomates diced, and roll up in a flour tortilla.
