Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup green onions white and light green parts only
- 1 asian pear peeled and grated
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup each saki and mirin
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
How To Make korean marinade

Step 1Add oil to sauce pan and add the onion, garlic, ginger, green onions and pear and saute until softened.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let come to room temperature.

Step 3Puree in food processor until smoothened. Use the marinade on any meat or seafood.
