- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Step 1In the container of a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Prior to cooking, marinade meat 2-3 hours.
