How To Make grilling marinade / sauce
-
Step 1Put all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down ans simmer for 1/2 an hour. Let cool. Put into 1 quart canning jar (any jar with a lid will do). Refrigerate until needed. Keeps well for about a week.
-
Step 2When ready to use, Put the desired amount into a bowl along with a little water to thin it out if needed. Place meat in the bowl. Coat the meat well. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
-
Step 3Put the marinated meat on the grill and baste with this marinade a few times while cooking.
-
Step 4*** This is very tasty and helps tenderize the meat. *** I use this on beef steaks and pork steaks.
