Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons greek oregano, chopped
- 1 - lemon, zested
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ouzo
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make greek seafood marinade

Step 1Heat the olive oil in small skillet over medium heat.

Step 2Add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes to infuse the garlic flavor in the oil.

Step 3Remove from heat; cool.

Step 4Combine the garlic mixture and all other ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 5Marinate fish or shrimp in a zip lock bag for 3-4 hours.
