I was playing around with my spices and came up with this recipe. I fried chicken strips in olive oil... drizzled with honey and sprinkled with paprika. I added a 1/2 cup or so of my home made salsa. Kept it warm. Spread my sauce over a flour tortilla and put chicken mixture and lettuce in center and rolled up. My husband says it is a keeper. He likes it on hamburgers.
