Most dry rubs contain chili powder, which my husband does not care for at all. So I created an all-purpose dry rub to be used on grilled meats.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika, sweet mild
- 1 tablespoon ground thyme
- 1/2 -1 teaspoon cayenne paper
How To Make ginger's dry rub

Step 1Mix all spices together and use a whisk or fork to blend well.

Step 2Sprinkle onto meat and massage with fingers. Chill covered 30 mins. - overnight.
