Marinades are very versatile and add lots of flavor to many types of meat. They also help to retain the meats natural moisture.

  • 1/4 c
    minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 c
    minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 10 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper

How to Make Garlic Herb Marinade


  1. In a small bowl, combine alll ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Prior to grilling, marinade meat 1-2 hours.
