french flavor herb blend
(1 RATING)
I use to live outside Heidelberg, Germany, and an hour away from the French border. Every so offer, we'd trek over to Souffleheim (the pottery capital of France...got most of my pottery from there) and Haguenue (forgive my spelling of their names if they are wrong) to shop at Auchan, a kind of smaller version of Walmart if you will. Anyway, in the grocery section I bought a commercial version of this blend and it is awesome in things like pot roast and soups. Bon Appetit ala Julia Child.
