My friends' husband started me on this. I don't make fajitas without it.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Skip buying the packets at the store and next time you're making fajitas whip up this easy seasoning mix. The flavors of chili, smoky cumin, garlic, and onion are well balanced. It's lightly sweet and salty with a mild heat.

Test Kitchen Tips
This mix makes enough for 3-4 pounds of sliced chicken. If you're making a smaller serving, save the unused fajita seasoning in a jar to use later.
  • 1
Gather all the spices, corn starch, and sugar.
  • 2
Add the ingredients to a Ziploc bag.
  • 3
    Coat the chicken.
  • 4
Then grill or cook chicken in pan.
