tangy and spicy grilling paste.

Ingredients

  •   1/2 tsp
    ground coriander seed
  •   3 clove
    garlic chopped
  •   1 1/2 tsp
    ground dry mustard
  •   2
    bird chiles or 1 scotch bonnet chili, seeded and minced
  •   1/4 tsp
    tumeric

How To Make

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together to make a paste. Rub the paste onto meat or poultry before roasting or grilling. Makes enough for 1 1/2 pounds of meat.
