- 2 - bird chiles or 1 scotch bonnet chili, seeded and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
How To Make curry grilling paste

Step 1Mix all ingredients together to make a paste. Rub the paste onto meat or poultry before roasting or grilling. Makes enough for 1 1/2 pounds of meat.
