curried yogurt marinade, dad
My dad, while unofficially, we titled the Grill King. He loves to grill, and says not only does this marinade impart flavor, it also makes a crust while grilling. It is a wonderful flavor, and keeps your food moist! And I have to say, O Boy do I love curry!

- 2 cups plain yogurt (can use low or non fat if you want)
- 2 tablespoons minced or pressed garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup mild or hot curry powder, or to taste

- - fresh ground black pepper

Step 1In food processor or blender, combine yogurt, garlic ginger and oil until smooth. Add remaining.
