cocoa rub
I found this rub on an other recipe site, I used it on boneless skinless chicken breasts and it was fantastic!! Try it on steaks, pork chops and spare Ribs. The original recipe suggest also adding it to Chili and hearty thick soups

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
How To Make cocoa rub

Step 1stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. store in an airtight container.

Step 2TO USE: rub 2-3 teaspoons of the spice mixture onto a serving of meat, let stand 10 minutes before cooking.
