I tried different glazes, but this is one of my favorites. Add a little dijon mustard for a kick, and yummy!!

  • 1
    7-10 lb pre-cooked spiral 1/2 ham
  • 1-1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • 1/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves

How to Make Christmas ham w/ pineapple-orange glaze


  1. bake ham as directed. Place saucepan over med-high heat. Stir remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
  2. When ham has only 30 minutes left to cook, start basting ham w/ glaze, every 10 min.
