Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chipotle chillies in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 - shallots, peeled and minced

How To Make chipotle coriander marinade (for all meats)

  • Step 1
    Mix together, in non-reactive bowl, stir well.
  • Step 2
    for all meats.
  • Step 3
    Note: the chipotle chilies in the ingredients uses both chilies and sauce. This can be made up to a week ahead and kept in the fridge. Try brushing on any meat, seafood or veggies, putting on skewers and grilling or broiling.
