Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chipotle chillies in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 - shallots, peeled and minced
How To Make chipotle coriander marinade (for all meats)

Step 1Mix together, in non-reactive bowl, stir well.

Step 2for all meats.

Step 3Note: the chipotle chilies in the ingredients uses both chilies and sauce. This can be made up to a week ahead and kept in the fridge. Try brushing on any meat, seafood or veggies, putting on skewers and grilling or broiling.
