chinese/oriental marinade & glaze
This is a delicious Chinese inspired marinade/glaze recipe I created for salmon, chicken, pork and glazed green beans or carrots. It's also great as a sweet, flavor-packed dip for potstickers, spring rolls, crab rangoon etc... And did I mention chicken? As in wings? Sweet, sticky, yummy, chargrilled chicken wings! Oh, yeah!
