If you love Chinese Garlic Chicken-this is the sauce for you!! It can be used on any meat. I also use it as a dipping sauce.
rice wine vinegar
shoyu (soy sauce)
sherry or red wine
shirachi sauce or tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp
How To Make
Heat 1 T oil in small saucepan. Add galic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Combine vinegar, sugar, shoyu, sherry, shirachi sauce, and sesame oil. Add to garlic. Brng to boil.
Combine corn starch and water. Add to sauce pan. Stir until thickened.
Use in stir fry dishes or as a dipping sauce.
