If you love Chinese Garlic Chicken-this is the sauce for you!! It can be used on any meat. I also use it as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons shoyu (soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons sherry or red wine
- 1 teaspoon shirachi sauce or tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
How To Make chinese garlic sauce

Step 1Heat 1 T oil in small saucepan. Add galic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 2Combine vinegar, sugar, shoyu, sherry, shirachi sauce, and sesame oil. Add to garlic. Brng to boil.

Step 3Combine corn starch and water. Add to sauce pan. Stir until thickened.

Step 4Use in stir fry dishes or as a dipping sauce.
