shirachi sauce or tabasco sauce
How to Make Chinese Garlic Sauce
1Heat 1 T oil in small saucepan. Add galic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
2Combine vinegar, sugar, shoyu, sherry, shirachi sauce, and sesame oil. Add to garlic. Brng to boil.
3Combine corn starch and water. Add to sauce pan. Stir until thickened.
4Use in stir fry dishes or as a dipping sauce.
