I love HOT food so I have created this HOT Sauce which is VERY versetile. I have seved it alone or mixed in with shrimp or meat and always get alot of compliments

  • 1 pkg
    chile de arbol
  • 1 pkg
    chile tepen
  • 1/2 pkg
    new mexico dried chiles
  • 3 medium
    fresh jalapenos
  • 2 large
  • 1 pinch
    of salt
  • 1 small

How to Make Chile Sauce


  1. Toast Chile de arbol, chile tepen and New Mexico dried chiles until they are nice and toasted do not burn
  2. boil fresh jalapenos tomatoes and habanero
  3. let everything cool and pour into the blender add salt use some water from where you boiled the tomatoes
  4. blend for about 3 minutes pour into a glass jar and use on what ever you want
