I have no idea where I got this recipe from but I have used it for years. The last time it was brushed on our Cornish Game Hens at Thanksgiving.

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons tarragon, chopped
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon white wine worcestershire..i use lea & perrins marinade for chicken
2 cloves garlic minced

How To Make chicken or pork marinade

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and brush on the chicken or pork the last 15 minutes. It works great on the grill.
