I don't remember where I got this recipe, but I have been making it for many years. My family and friends really enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (i use low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley (i use dried)
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar (red or white)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make chicken marinade

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a large plastic bag and mix well. (Sometimes the dry mustard stays in little pieces). Add up to 6 chicken breasts. Let marinate 12 hrs. or overnight for maximum flavor. When ready to cook, discard marinade.

Step 2I sometimes double the recipe and add chopped red, yellow and orange peppers, and whole fresh mushrooms.

Step 3I grill the chicken outside and put all the veggies in a grill basket. Then I serve it over rice.
