- 1 qt - water, warm

Step 1Use one big dishpan to mix 25lb.fresh hamburger,or 20lb of deer. burger 3/4lb tenderquick and 1 qt warm water.

Step 2Let stand overnight.next morning add;all ingredients. all together,put in jars and cold pack 2 hours.
