    sea salt (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet mild paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated onion
  • 2 tsp
    ground oregano
  • 2 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp
    ground celery seed
  • 1 tsp
    ground marjoram
  • 1 tsp
    ground dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    bay leaf powder
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh cracked black pepper

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Seasoning Rub

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a container with tight fitting lid and shake well to combine.
  2. Can be used on all cooking, and at the table too.
