How to Make Bourbon Glaze for Ham
- In a 1 quart glass dish, microwave honey and molasses on high power (100%) for 1 minute. Whisk to blend. Whisk in bourbon,juice, and mustard. Cool, spoon into jars and chill.
- This can be chilled for up to 1 week. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Brush warm sauce over ham, the last 20 minutes it bakes, or serve warm on the side with ham.
