beef pork essentials: versatile sweet, sour sauce
This is a great sauce for pork and beef. It has sweet notes, and sour notes that catch you at the back of your tongue. It can be used for dipping, tossing, or as a marinade. In the main photo, I cut up some beef, coated the strips with cornstarch, and deep-fried them. I then tossed them in a bit of this sauce. So yummy. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
