Fantastic marinade from a very old Taylor wine cookbook. We always had this for the 4th of July when I was growing up.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup burgundy wine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make beef and lamb marinade

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Cut up about 3 pounds of beef or lamb into cubes and marinate overnight. You can also add peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. This will also work with a flank steak. Enjoy!
