beef and lamb marinade
Fantastic marinade from a very old Taylor wine cookbook. We always had this for the 4th of July when I was growing up.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup burgundy wine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make beef and lamb marinade

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Cut up about 3 pounds of beef or lamb into cubes and marinate overnight. You can also add peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. This will also work with a flank steak. Enjoy!
