Fantastic marinade from a very old Taylor wine cookbook. We always had this for the 4th of July when I was growing up.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    burgundy wine
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Beef and Lamb Marinade

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Cut up about 3 pounds of beef or lamb into cubes and marinate overnight. You can also add peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. This will also work with a flank steak. Enjoy!
